Organize Analysis Results and Export Excel

Analysis results can be directly transferred from Image Analyst MKII to Microsoft Excel during manual plotting, pipeline processing, including basic fluorescence intensity and ratio analysis interactive protocols, and from the Membrane Potential Calibration Wizard. This allows a flexible organization of a multi-dimensional data sets into rows or columns according to positions, channels (different analysis qualities), ROIs, or images/recordings. The Excel Data Window

• Once Excel Data Window is opened from the Tools menu, all analysis data are collected there.
• Microsoft Office is required for collecting data in the Excel Data Window
• Organize output into rows or columns and into microplate format
• Organize different analysis qualities results as "channels" into rows or columns
• Organize ROIs into columns
• Organize positions (microplate well) into rows or columns
• Use Excel files as templates to perform calculations automatically on analysis results
• Automatic file naming and saving
